1. Processing & Production Timelines

Because we offer both ready-made and customized products, our processing timelines are split as follows:

  • Standard (Ready-to-Ship) Products: These items are quality-audited, securely packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following your order confirmation.
  • . Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your custom order to be manufactured and packaged before it is dispatched.

Note: We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and national holidays.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer secure delivery services across most postal pin codes within India. Shipping rates are calculated transparently at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders falling below our free shipping tier, a nominal delivery fee is dynamically calculated based on your location and parcel weight.
  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping across India for all orders crossing our minimum purchase value threshold, as highlighted on our website header or checkout page.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible regional pin codes. A minor COD convenience handling charge may be added to your checkout balance to cover additional carrier collection processing.

3. Estimated Transit & Delivery Timelines

Once your package leaves our fulfillment hub, the estimated transit times are generally as follows:

  • Major Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days following dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days depending on regional courier hub connectivity.
  • Remote Regions & Special Zones (e.g., Northeast India, J&K): Delivery may take 7 to 10 business days.

4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking

The moment your creative items are handed over to our courier partner, an automated message containing your tracking link and Air Waybill (AWB) / Tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the logistics carrier to update active transit tracking details on their system.

5. Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, correct shipping address, including a local landmark, accurate pin code, and an active mobile number.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your provided address up to 3 times.

If a package is returned to our facility because the customer was completely unreachable, refused the parcel, or provided wrong address parameters, a re-shipping fee may be charged to send the parcel out a second time.

6. Lost or Transit-Damaged Parcels

  • External Box Damage: We pack our merchandise in high-grade, protective packaging to secure prints and delicate items. If you receive a delivery box that is clearly crushed, torn, or structurally compromised, please refuse the delivery from the courier executive, take a photo of the box, and contact us immediately at yogeshwaykar1311@gmail.com.
  • Missing Status Claims: If your tracking link states an order was “Delivered” but you have not physically received it, please verify with family members, neighbors, or your building’s security gate before escalating. Missing delivery claims must be formally reported to us within 48 hours of the stated delivery timestamp.

7. International Shipping

Currently, The Creative Store services and dispatches orders exclusively within the domestic borders of India. We do not offer international shipping capabilities at this time.
