Thank you for shopping at The Creative Store! We take great pride in our creative merchandise and custom designs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a clear and fair return and exchange process.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online through our website https://thecreativestore.in/.

1. Return & Exchange Window

For all Standard (Non-Customized) Products, you have 7 days from the exact date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or exchange.

If 7 days have passed since your package was marked as delivered by our courier partners, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Product Eligibility & Condition

To protect quality standards and ensure items can be safely restocked, standard products must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • The item must have all its original tags, price labels, and packaging intact.
  • For apparel or wearable items, the product must be completely free from external cosmetics, ink stains, makeup lines, or distinct odors (such as perfumes or detergents).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

We carry out thorough quality checks before packaging your orders. However, if your product arrives broken, physically damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong print entirely, we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost:

  • Contact us at yogeshwaykar1311@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Your email must contain your order number along with clear, unedited photos or a quick unboxing video highlighting the exact defect, print error, or damage.
  • Once verified by our support team, we will coordinate a priority replacement or process a full refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Send an email to yogeshwaykar1311@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request

Briefly describe the product you wish to return and your reason for the request.

  • Reverse Pickup: We provide reverse pickup services across a majority of commercial pin codes in India. If a reverse pickup is scheduled, please ensure the item is securely packed inside its original box before handing it over to our courier representative.
  • Processing Fees: For size or variant exchanges on standard products, reverse shipping is completely free. For returns based purely on personal preference (change of mind on non-custom items), a nominal shipping/handling fee may be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Quality Verification: Once your returned package arrives back at our hub, it will undergo a mandatory quality check. We will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the items.
  • Refund Settlement: Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchange/replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited directly back to the original mode of payment used during purchase (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI wallet).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, you will be requested to securely provide your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) or a verified UPI ID. The refund will be completed via direct bank transfer within our standard timeline.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You can cancel a standard order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once they enter the production or printing phase.

Once any order is actively handed over to our courier partner and a tracking link is live, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
